Our governing bodies
The General Assembly
The sovereign body of the association. It brings together all members, approves the activity reports and financial statements, and sets the broad direction.
The Board of Directors
It leads the association between general assemblies and sees that the decisions taken are carried out.
The Executive Committee
It handles day-to-day management and is made up of:
- the President,
- the Vice-President,
- the Executive Secretary,
- the Deputy Executive Secretary,
- the Treasurer.
The Monitoring Committee
Made up of five members, it follows and verifies the progress of projects on the ground.
It is the link between decisions taken in Canada and the reality of North Kivu.
