About us

THE ASSOCIATION

About us

An association born in the diaspora, rooted in the community.

The Amani-Kwetu Association (AAK) is a not-for-profit charitable organization registered in the province of Ontario, Canada.

It brings together members of the Congolese diaspora and their allies, moved by a single purpose: to support the communities of eastern Democratic Republic of the Congo in practical ways, without ever speaking on their behalf.

Amani Kwetu means, in Swahili, "peace in our home".
